Refund Policy
Disclaimer:
Little Apple Quilts Long Arm Quilting Refund & Satisfaction Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of long arm quilting, refunds are generally not offered once quilting has begun. Each project is completed with great care, and the customer’s quilt top is handled with respect and professionalism.

2. Deposits & Cancellations

-
A 25% for edge-to-edge and 50% for semi-custom and custom quilting non-refundable deposit (minimum $50) is required to secure your place in the quilting schedule.
-
If you cancel before work begins, the deposit will be retained, but any additional payments will be refunded.
-
If you cancel after quilting has started, the quilting work will stop, no refund will be issued, as time and materials have been committed to your project. Your quilt will be returned in the state of completion at time quilting stops.

3. Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee
-
Every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the quilting due to technical issues or workmanship errors (e.g., thread breakage, tension issues, skipped stitches, pattern misalignment), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your quilt.
-
I will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, repair or rework the quilt at no additional charge.
-
Please note that minor variations or imperfections are normal in custom quilting and are not considered defects.

4. Customer-Provided Materials

-
I am not responsible for damage caused by defective fabrics, seams, or pre-existing issues in customer-supplied materials.
-
Quilts should be properly pressed, squared, and free of pins, loose threads, and pet hair before delivery. If extra prep work is needed, an additional fee may apply.

5. Thread & Design Choices

-
Once thread colors, patterns, or density options are approved by the customer, these choices are considered final. Refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction with pre-approved artistic decisions.

6. Shipping

-
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways unless otherwise stated.
-
I recommend using insured, trackable shipping. I am not responsible for quilts lost or damaged in transit. Even though your packaging will offer some level of material protection, I recommend wrapping the quilt in plastic to further protect it before shipping.
7. Turnaround Time

-
Estimated completion dates are provided at the time of booking but may vary slightly due to workload or unforeseen circumstances. I will always communicate updates promptly.
8. Final Payment

-
Full payment is due upon completion and prior to the return of your quilt.
-
Unpaid quilts after 60 days may be considered abandoned.
Thank you for trusting Little Apple Quilts with your quilting project.
My goal is to provide high-quality, beautiful results that enhance the hard work you’ve already invested in your quilt.
